About the musicians
Alexander Shuhan is principal horn of the Binghamton Philharmonic Orchestra and the Fort Smith, Arkansas Symphony Orchestra, and Professor of Horn at Ithaca College. He performs frequently with the Rochester Philharmonic and Syracuse Orchestra and has appeared as soloist with the Dallas, Detroit, Milwaukee, Rochester, Syracuse, Tucson, Phoenix, Jacksonville, Oregon, Denver, and Grand Rapids symphony orchestras. As a founding member, hornist, pianist, and composer of Rhythm & Brass, Shuhan has performed extensively throughout the United States, Canada, Japan, and the Middle East. His recordings with Rhythm & Brass can be found on streaming services and music platforms.
